FALL / WINTER REGISTRATION

Welcome to the Lake Monsters Basketball Club. 

This form registers your athlete for the Winter/Spring 2027 tryouts and program consideration for our U10, U13, U15 and U16 teams. The season runs approximately January 12th through July 12th, 2027, with practices, development training, and throughout the season with a PrimeTime Exposure Tournament to finish off the season.


Roster spots are limited. All athletes must attend tryouts, and selection is not guaranteed. Teams will be formed based on skill level, effort, coachability, and overall fit. Players selected to a team will receive an official invitation with full season details, schedule, and payment information.


We appreciate your interest and look forward to evaluating your athlete.
